Lisa Del Ben

Lisa Del Ben is the Director of Operations at Floodgate. She is responsible for internal operations, administrative management, human resources, and information technology.

Lisa was formerly at Cercano Management, where she served as the Business & Administration Operations Manager. Before that, Lisa was with Vulcan Capital, which was the multi-billion-dollar investment arm of the late Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Paul Allen. Lisa helped launch its Silicon Valley investment office as the Business and Administration Operations Manager. Before Vulcan Capital, Lisa served as an Executive Assistant at Summit Partners. Before beginning her career in Venture Capital, Lisa worked in Office Management and accounting for several companies in the construction industry. 

Interests: Fitness and family. When not working, you can find Lisa on the sidelines at her daughters' multiple soccer games.
