Finn Stäblein

Finn is an Associate at Floodgate and Chief of Staff to Mike Maples Jr. He graduated from Stanford in 2026 with a degree in Computational Biology, where he also ran the Stanford VC Club.

Finn grew up in southern Germany and started rowing at the age of ten. At eighteen, he represented Germany on the national rowing team, winning gold at the Junior World Championships in the Men's Double. That same year, he moved to Berlin to join what was then Europe's fastest-growing startup. Since then, he has, amongst others, worked as an ML engineer optimizing an oil refinery and been a founding fellow of The Collective, a community of young founders and builders.

Interests: Cycling, Cinema, Whole Foods, and Biology.
